It is bright yellow in colour and features blue and silver reflective check across the shoulders and front chest and in large letters POLITE in white in a black background (like the police) with notice please slow down in smaller black writing. Conforms to BS EN1150 and the police (England and wales) has been consulted in the design of this tabard.
A briliant idea which when teamed up with leg wraps, hat band and other reflective/flourescent items will hopefully get drivers to slow down.
